So we can see the world from the Horse's point of view

So the horse can relax:
When a horse is able to see us as another horse because we understand him from his own point of  view through his eyes and his own language and act accordingly, this helps the horse to relax and our interactions with him will be more successful and enjoyable for both the horse and us.

Better Success With Our Horses: 
Communication through clear aids and a understanding of the horses own natural language allows us to achieve better sucess with our horses. They are more relaxed and able to respond to our requests when we are fair and just in our interactions with them because we know what terms we need to use that allows the horse understand us.

Becoming One With Your Horse:
When the communication and connection between the horse and human are as one, there is beauty in motion as two become one.  This is sometimes refered to as "finding the sweet spot". Its when the horse and you flow together as one in a synchronized dance of beauty, love and respect. 

Keeping Stress To A Minimum:
Don't let your personal problems get between you and your horse. Know when you are not able to become one with your horse and seek balance through meditation, breathing, yoga and other healing arts to be able to tap into these when you cannot control your emotions when you are with your horse. When we lose touch within ourselves, we lose the "Feel" with our horses because we have let our emotions take control of us which interfers with how we communicate with our horses.

To Achieve Your Goals:
The more you understand the horse's world through the eyes of the horse and how they see us, the more you will be able to obtain an incredible relationship with horses. You will be able to make adjusts to fit a horse's own unique personality, temperament, past conditioning and experiences and learn to accept and "respect" him/her for who they are and have become because of all these. Just like people they have issues they are born with and issues that have been imposed on them from the hands of humans. Your understanding of them in all these areas will help you to know what each horse, just like people are capable of achieving.

Knowing The Horses Instincts and Senses:
When we know and understand the horses instincts and senses the more we can work with the horse's own unique nature. Understanding this allows us to work with the horse, not against him. This gives the horse confidence because he can now understand what it is we want from him/her because we are using his very own language through clear communication, clear  aids, gentle and patient training and respect. He can more readily see us as his leader that will guide and protect him which is exactly how a herd of horses work in their wild natural state.  This allows us to add to the horse to help him achieve his full potential. When the horse can see our interest is for his welfare he is more willing to join us and become our partner.

Makes You A Better Person:
When you are able to connect to your horse emotionally, spiritually, intuitively and intelllectually you become a more compassionate person. One who cares about the "Welfare of The Horse."  When these all come together you are better able to connect to your horse more through feel and use of your intuitive ablitlies and through what we call "Feel". By achieving these things with your horse you are  preserving the spirit of all horses so they will be protected and honored. We start to look at the world with very different eyes, through the eyes of a loving compassionate species. When this happens we reach out to all species that share this planet with us and call it home. Is it not the SPIRIT of the horse that attracted us to them in the first place so many, many  years ago

                                                              "Southwind"
                                          When God decided to create the horse,
                                                   he spoke to the Southwind:
                                                        "Condense yourself:
                                 I shall make of you a new creature to honor my saints,
                                                       to demean my enemies,
                                      as a tribute to those who obey my commands."
                                          The Southwind said "Create it, Oh God!"
                                        Then God took a handful of the Southwind,
                                           breathed over it and created the horse.
                                           He said, "Your name shall be Arabian.
                                      Let the goodness be bound to your forelock,
                                                      and bounty to your back.
                                   I have favored you above all other beasts of burden.
                                              I have made your owner your friend.
                                     I have given you the power to fly without wings!."
